Admission policy
General admission policy
Hollywood Bowl Group prides itself on offering an all-round, family entertainment experience. We receive visits from everyone, especially kids, so please behave safely, appropriately and considerately at all times.
Anyone who is considered to be intimidating or aggressive to our customers or team members will be asked to leave immediately and will be refused future admission at all of our centres.
The Management of our centres reserve the right at all times to search customers or refuse admission at our absolute discretion at any time.
We want to see your smiling faces, so please remove your hoods and caps as you enter (protective face masks are ok).
Sorry, but we can't allow under 18's in our bar after 9pm. Under 18's are also only allowed in our premises after 8pm with a responsible adult/parent or legal guardian. We will ask for physical proof of your age (passport, drivers licence, PASS card). The exceptions to this are Bracknell, Cardiff, Glasgow Coatbridge, Glasgow Springfield Quay, Cheltenham, Liverpool Speke, Stirling, Surrey Quays and Torquay and Worthing, please check the centre's local website page or contact us for details of local restrictions.
You can contact us by emailing our team customerservice@hollywoodbowl.co.uk by calling us, or by requesting a call back.
Please comply with our non-smoking policy. The use of e-cigarettes is also not permitted in our centres.
The time of your booking is when you’re booked to bowl, please allow plenty of time to travel, park and check in at the centre before your game.
You'll love the food and drink we have on offer. So please do not bring food or drink in from elsewhere.
Our customer and team member’s health and safety is our number one priority – due to this we do have a strict no knife policy. If you are bringing in a cake for a party, we do have safe-cutlery you can use in our centre or you can bring pre-cut cake or cupcakes to enjoy!
Our team members are brilliant and very valuable to us, so please treat them with the respect they deserve.
If you have any feedback about the admission policy for our centres we would like to hear from you. Please contact us via the feedback form in the contact us section with any queries and comments.
