• How Many People Can I go bowling with?

  In all our centres there is no limit on the number of people who can bowl together in a group. At The O2 you pay for the lane by the hour, so you can fit in as many games as you like within your booked time. You can choose to book a lane for 60, 90, or 120 minute slots.

  Each lane can accommodate up to 8 people, for optimal game play, lanes are booked with the following:

  • • 60 minutes: up to 5 people
    • 90 minutes: up to 8 people
    • 120 minutes: up to 8 people 

  More than 8 people in your group? Simple book multiple lanes!

• Can I Get Food and Drink Whilst Bowling?

  Yes, of course, you can get food and drink whilst at Hollywood Bowl. Food and drinks can be ordered by simply scanning the star, using the QR code on tables and menus, at selected centres, or from the bar and Diner.

  We recommend that you pre-order food and drink when booking your game. If you do wish to order and pay in centre, contactless payments are preferred.

   

• Do you have disabled access?

  Yes, our centre is on the ground floor, and has been fitted with slopes to ensure disabled access.

• Is there free parking available?

  There is no free parking available directly for London O2 visitors. However, there may be free parking spaces at local shopping areas, providing their parking requirements are met. Please seek out individual shopping centre guidelines for more details.

• Do you have concession rates?

  Yes, we offer a concession rate for Seniors, those who are registered disabled and their carers.
  This rate is available all-day Monday – Wednesday and before 6pm Thursday including the summer and Easter holidays for 1 game only.

• How long does a game of bowling take?

  A game of bowling typically takes around 10 minutes per person. At The O2 our lanes are sold by the hour, so you can choose to book a lane for 60, 90, or 120 minute slots.

• Do I have to pay to watch someone else bowl?

  No. If you want to watch someone bowl without playing then there is no charge for this.

• Do you have free wifi?

  Yes

• Is there a cashpoint nearby?

  Yes, we have a free cash machine within our centre for guests to use.

• Do you have a change machine for the amusements?

  Yes.

• Do you have play for prizes?

  No.

• Do you have VIP lanes?

  No

• Does your bar show sports?

  No.

• Is there disabled parking available?

  Yes, there is disabled parking available within the Leisure park.

• Do you have air conditioning?

  Yes.
